| 英文描述 | Non-purulent arthritis and lameness, usually of the stifle, have been associated with vaccination of young cattle with BRUCELLA ABORTUS strain 19. Synovial fluid is culture-negative for BRUCELLA, but is positive for BRUCELLA antibodies, and antigens to BRUCELLA can often be found in the synovium with fluorescent antibody staining. The joint contains cloudy fluid, with villous proliferation of the synovium. |
